I am currently serving as the State Information Commissioner for Andhra Pradesh. With 19 years of journalism experience, I’ve reported on various issues across 15 states, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Tripura, Punjab, and Kerala.
During my tenure at ETV, I worked as a staff reporter at Eenadu Television, Hyderabad, from 2004 to 2006. Later, I served as a senior correspondent at NTV starting in 2007. Leveraging my extensive experience, I oversee information dissemination and transparency in Andhra Pradesh.

I busted the rocket of selling innocent muslim girls to Arab Shaiks, with hidden cam.
The rich Arab Shaiks have been enticing the poor parents in Hyderabad Old City to sell
their innocent daughters to them in the name of Nikha (marriage).
I was able to visualise all the scenario. I entered into that den as a innocent girl(bride)
who is ready to buy herself for the sake family. The task force personnel were immediately
swung,
after telecasting in ETV news Channel,into action at the instructions of their superiors and
all
those involved with this murky trade were arrested.
This story also published in telugu “Eenadu” daily news paper, which is the leading one in
Andhra
Pradesh.
I got best appreciations from many people even like media moghal Mr. Ramoji Rao.
(beloved of 16th century Hyderabad emperor Mohammed Quli Qutub
Shah) was
occupied
by a
local political leader belongs to MIM party. I brought that issue on the screen with
visuals.
This
is also like a den where nobody can dare to go and shoot.
After telecasting my story a PIL(public interest litigation) had been filed in the State
High
Court
supporting to save that monument. High court had issued notices to the government in this
regard.
Later that monument protected by AP Archaeological department.
This story also published in telugu “Eenadu” daily.
I have busted selling of baby girls in the tribal area near Tandur, Andhra and Karnataka
border.
I
went
there as a childless mother and completed bargains with one of the parents. I offered some
money
to
them
as advance. All this has been visualized with my spy camera. I presented this story in
focusing
the
poor
circumstances and vulnerable conditions of the tribal people.
This is an investigation report on a professor of Osmania University who habituated to
misbehave
with
girl
students, asking for guide ship in Ph.D. I approached him as a MBA student seeking guide
ship in
Ph.D
and
caught his behavior with my spy camera. Immediately after aired this story in NTV , then
Minister
for
Higher
Education Mr. D. Srinivas rushed to our office. He saw all the footage related to this
episode and
issued
suspension orders to that Keechaka professor.
